Everything was perfect, attentive staff, magnificent views over the beach. The room we booked was airy with comfortable decorations. The bed was comfy with feather pillows. The hotel was in a marvellous location really close to the beachfront, Eastbourne and the sea. Loved our stay.

Hotel is located directly on the beach. It is clean and newly renovated. Breakfast is served from 8 o'clock and is rich. The room was with sea view and quiet. It takes about 25 minutes from the station.

I was thrilled with our room: beautiful view to the sea and not only from the room but even from the bathroom. The hotel is also located directly on the promenade and within walking distance of good pubs. The conservatory and lounge are enchanting. There you can relax wonderfully - even if it should rain!

- directly opposite the beach. - very tastefully renovated classic hotel (chandeliers, stucco ceilings, classic furniture, beautiful mirrors). - large room with 2 armchairs and table. - beautiful winter garden with sea view
- a little narrow breakfast room, as the hotel was completely occupied by a bus. (One could easily rectify this by longer breakfast times)

They were very kind and easy going.. We had booked a room with window at the back of hotel but we got a room with seaview. When we arrived we were given the key and could come and go as we pleased.
The only objection we had was that the windows of our room could not be opened wich made the room hot and stuffy

Would be happy to recommend for strolling
Comfortable bed, fine view, the room was spacious enough for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the balcony while using the free wi-fi to share our experience.
Nothing, all was good.

The staff were fantastic. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The location is also great as it's right across the road from the beach.
Parking was a bit of an issue. I'd hate to think how difficult it will be to find one during peak season... Also, the bathrooms for the rooms are very small. The windows could also have used a thorough clean.

The staff, the room, the view, the location and the English Breakfast.
I liked it all during my short stay.

The luxury suite had stunning decor and a fantastic beach view, but the lack of air conditioning made hot summer nights uncomfortable. The staff were welcoming, and the dining experience was generally good, though I faced minor issues with breakfast. A pleasant stay despite the heat.
